- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments, common areas, and staff spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Linen & Laundry Services: Handle washing, folding, and distributing linens and personal laundry as needed.
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies while ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Resident Interaction: Provide friendly and respectful service, fostering positive relationships with residents.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic living environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with coworkers to meet community needs.
- Efficient: Manages time well to complete daily tasks promptly.
- Compassionate: Committed to creating a comfortable and pleasant living space for residents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus.
