Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time (9:00am-5:00pm)

What You Will Do:
As the Recreation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the everyday lives of our memory care residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Leadership: Conduct daily activities that inspire participation and joy.
- Resident Interaction: Build meaningful relationships and encourage residents to engage in recreational programs.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our interdisciplinary teams to implement impactful memory care programming.
- Resident Support: Assist with pre-move-in procedures and provide emotional and social support to residents.
- Community Engagement: Assist in organizing family support groups, outings, and special events.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe and supportive environment with all necessary activity supplies.

- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in memory care, senior living, or recreation services.
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license required; knowledge of dementia care preferred.
- Technology Skills: Basic proficiency in computer business software.
