Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and support across multiple nursing sites within the region.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with community leadership to ensure high-quality care and optimal outcomes for residents.
- Facilitate training and development programs for nursing staff, instilling best practices in resident care.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of nursing policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations in conjunction with quality care initiatives.
- Current nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Resident Care (ADRC) preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and auditing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various nursing facilities within the NJ area.
- Strong RN or LPN candidates with ADRC experience.
