- Resident Tours: Assist with conducting personalized tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Sales Strategies: Utilize One-on-One sales strategies during home visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Move-Ins: Manage move-in paperwork and facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.
- Administrative Support: Handle departmental administrative tasks and assist with the completion of reports.
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help seniors and their families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of anticipating and addressing potential challenges.
- Positive attitude and a team player who fosters a collaborative environment.
- Some college education and at least one year of administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in senior living, customer service, or healthcare coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
