- Develop and implement sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Lead prospect development and monitor performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Conduct tours and meetings to showcase community benefits.
- Address unique resident needs to foster trust.
- Partner with marketing to drive campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Utilize CRM to track leads and measure strategy effectiveness.
- Represent the community at networking events.
- Work with leadership to align sales and operations.
- Provide feedback on pricing, services, and market competitiveness.
- Monitor and report occupancy and market trends.
- Ensure a smooth sales process and seamless move-in transition.
- Advocate for resident satisfaction and integrate feedback into sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years in sales, 2 in senior living or healthcare.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach.
