Veterinary Receptionist

Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic is currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist (Customer Service Representative) to join our team of professional and fun individuals. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first line of connection with our clients; making them feel welcome in our practice from the first phone call to the end of their visit is critical. · Has a minimum of one year of customer service experience (Veterinary reception experience is preferred but is not required)

· Is at least 18 years of age and has a High School Diploma (further education is preferred)

- Has availability for varying shifts. Late afternoon/evening shifts and some Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
• Field all incoming phone calls, emails and messages with professionalism and kindness.
• Maintain all clerical duties, light housekeeping and additional assignments in a timely and thorough manner.
• Handle animals with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during visits.
• Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Process payments and manage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the client experience.
• Participate and invest in the growth and development of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
