- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that office supplies are stocked.
- File documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with general office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills is required.
- Experience in customer service or front desk operations is highly desirable.
