Position: Part-Time Concierge (Evenings)
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday: Evenings (Flexible Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and callers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with clear communication and professionalism
Provide residents and visitors with facility information, brochures, and necessary materials
Ensure residents and guests sign in at the reception desk and follow the required protocols
Coordinate visitor and resident requests and ensure timely communication with appropriate departments
Receive and sort mail for residents and staff
Perform general clerical tasks including filing, typing, and maintaining records
Assist in organizing special requests or tours for prospective residents
Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to privacy policies
Qualifications:
✔ Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✔ Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
✔ Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions
✔ Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
✔ Previous experience in senior living, hotel, or resort settings is an advantage
