Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday – Thursday
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)

LPN Supervisor Role:
As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care and ensuring high-quality services in accordance with individualized care plans. This leadership position involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating care, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and support nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care
✔ Follow resident service plans and provide compassionate, individualized care
✔ Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication administration, and reminders
✔ Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being, reporting concerns to the RN or physician
✔ Document changes in residents' functional status, needs, and appointments
✔ Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
✔ Provide one-on-one support and visitation as needed
✔ Assist the RN with staff training, work assignments, and supervision
✔ Respond to resident emergencies, provide first aid, and arrange for follow-up care
✔ Maintain confidentiality of all resident information
Qualifications:
✔ Current LPN License in Virginia (Required)
✔ Experience in Memory Care (Preferred)
✔ CDP Certification (Beneficial but not required)
