Director of Health and Wellness

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Director of Health & Wellness (RN) to join our team at our Vineland, NJ location. This leadership role is essential in overseeing resident care, managing wellness programs, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate medication administration to CMAs
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Conduct and review resident assessments to develop personalized care plans
• Oversee wound care documentation and managed risk agreements
• Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff
• Participate in an on-call rotation for medical emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to ensure optimal resident care
• Must be a Register Nurse
• Report directly to the Executive Director

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time with on-call responsibilities
• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle)
• Location: Vineland, NJ
