We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. As the first point of contact for Residents, the Concierge will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with various inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs
• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
• Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,
• Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents

Skills

• Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
