Job Summary
Spring Property Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to drive leasing efforts across our portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing both third-party and internal leasing agents, coordinating with our in-house management team and ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate leasing efforts with both third-party and internal leasing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Track leasing activity, maintain pipeline reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute strategic leasing plans.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing leasing procedures, reporting systems, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate, property management, leasing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or leasing software is a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
