Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while managing various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a background in hospitality management, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front of house staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Manage daily operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and event planning.
  • Coordinate housekeeping management to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping.
  • Provide personal assistance to guests as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee childcare services when applicable, ensuring safety and quality care for children.
  • Launder linens and manage cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for guest use.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is highly desirable.
  • Background in housekeeping management is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and basic office software is preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,624.00 per year
