- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping.
- Provide personal assistance to guests as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Plan and execute events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for guest satisfaction.
- Oversee childcare services when applicable, ensuring safety and quality care for children.
- Launder linens and manage cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for guest use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in event planning and execution is highly desirable.
