Duties
- Plan lessons and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Incorporate learning technology into lessons to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor two study hall periods each day
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
