Position Summary:
Provides computed tomography imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) required.
- Certified in the State of Kentucky as a Radiation Operator required.
- Two years of radiologic/imaging experience required.
- One year experience in CT preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
