**Responsibilities**
- Direct patient care and ensure that all patients receive high-quality medical attention and support.
- Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, promoting a culture of teamwork and effective communication.
- Determine staffing levels and assignments based on staff availability, abilities, census, patient acuity, and work/patient flow.
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least 1 year of ER experience is preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Kentucky is mandatory.
