ABA Therapy Services: Springboard ABA provides personalized in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care that fosters growth and development.
Your Role: As our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and guiding us toward excellence in ABA services. You will oversee a team of BCBAs and RBTs, developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in ABA therapy and clinical management. You should also be passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, and be able to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting.
