In this role, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of patients. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for imaging procedures
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Provide exceptional patient care and communication
Requirements:
- Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or Radiologic Technologist (RT(R))
- 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 13 weeks duration
