In this role, you will have the chance to work with advanced imaging technology and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include operating medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a 13-week contract with a guaranteed 40 hours per week at 8 hours per shift. The pay package will be based on your hourly rate and includes a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined by the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners and ultrasound machines
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
