Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment, including computed tomography (CT) scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images. They will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
In this role, the CT Technologist will:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-resolution images of the body's internal structures
- Position patients correctly and safely to minimize radiation exposure
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, exam details, and image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging protocols and techniques
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in CT
- At least 1 year of experience in CT scanning, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Travel Details
This is a travel assignment with the following specifics:
- Location: Eureka Springs, Arkansas
- Dates: May 12, 2025 - August 14, 2025 (13 weeks)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Shifts: Varying shifts, including day and evening rotations
