We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services using various modalities such as X-ray, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound. The technologist will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of internal structures and organs
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate images
- Analyze images to identify abnormalities and defects
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret images and make diagnoses
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) or Interventional Radiography (CI)
- Experience working in an interventional radiology department preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
