Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management – Be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Receive, sign for, and route packages and certified mail
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Maintain a strong understanding of our company and neighboring businesses to answer inquiries effectively
- Take ownership of the entire building’s offices and common areas—ensuring they remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Stay proactive—finding ways to improve processes and support the team beyond assigned tasks
- Uphold our friendly, helpful culture in every interaction
- A self-starter who takes initiative and finds ways to contribute
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
