Job Summary:
Springbrook Events is looking for friendly and professional part-time servers to assist with weddings and special events. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering excellent guest experiences. Most shifts will be on Saturdays for weddings, with occasional weekday events.

Servers earn $8/hour plus tips while being part of unforgettable celebrations at our beautiful venue.

Responsibilities:

• Set up event spaces, including table settings and buffet stations.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout the event.
• Serve plated meals or manage buffet service efficiently.
• Provide beverage service, including refilling water and assisting bartenders as needed.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service.
• Follow all food safety and service guidelines to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• Prior serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required—training is available.
• Ability to work Saturdays and occasional weekday events as needed.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help create a memorable experience for guests.
• Certification in food handling is a plus but not required. A food handling license will be necessary for the role but can be obtained after hiring.
