What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Associate Dentist position at Springbrook Family Dentistry?
Our team is searching for a highly skilled dentist to join our practice in our Elma, NY office 2-3 days a week with the potential to become full-time (4 days a week) in the future. Days of the week worked are flexible.
At Springbrook Family Dentistry, we value our patients and seek to give them the best dental care possible. We strive to provide our patients with a positive experience at every appointment and interaction. This includes a focus on patient education, compassionate care, pain-free treatment, and timely appointments. We primarily provide bread and butter services, but also offer implant placement and restorations, Invisalign, veneers and other cosmetic work. We also place a strong emphasis on preventative dental care.
Our office is fee-for-service, meaning we do not participate with any insurance companies. This allows us to spend adequate time with our patients and offer the best care. However, we still strive to optimize our patients’ benefits and our financial coordinator works to make treatment accessible to our patients.
We have a beautiful state-of-the-art facility which was fully renovated over the past year. We offer digital charts, digital x-rays, intraoral and extraoral cameras, CBCT, and an iTero scanner used for digital impressions and routine wellness exams. All of our equipment is less than 10 years old. Our practice management software is Eaglesoft.
We are looking for a long-term team member to help us accommodate our growing patient population and provide the same high level of care that our patients have become accustomed to receiving.
