Where You Fit :
Springbrook Software is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our reach in key markets. In this role, you will drive our growth by generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales executives. You'll play a crucial role in our team, providing weekly reports on your progress and contributing directly to our sales strategy. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, empowering you to excel in a supportive, results-oriented environment.
This position is available for remote work.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities within the public sector vertical.
- Identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products / services.
- Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to the sales team on weekly results.
- Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
- Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
- Manage trade show registration / sponsorship
- Pack and ship trade show materials
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure return of company property from trade shows
Required Qualifications :
