This Custodian and Groundskeeper will perform various tasks including inspecting floors regularly, shampooing, stripping, and waxing as per supervisor's instructions, locking and unlocking doors as designated, clearing walks of snow and debris using tractors, brooms, shovels, and snow blowers. They must be able to lift up to 70 pounds safely and meet requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles when necessary.
