Your daily tasks may include assisting with personal care, supervising activities, and supporting individuals in their goals and aspirations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. You must also be able to lift 50 lbs and meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles.
