Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with team and vendors
- Ensure preferred vendors are utilized when placing orders
- Account for all parts necessary on all repair orders scheduled in and supplemented
- Ensure all parts are checked for quality and quantity upon delivery
- Mirror match parts for correctness and organize on parts cart
- Proactively follow up on any parts not received
- Ensure all returns are made in a timely manner to the appropriate vendor
- Maintain a clean and organized parts room at all times
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Effective, proactive problem-solving skills to minimize any down time in parts procurement
- Excellent communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work as a team
- Display a team attitude that supports a team environment

- All applicants are subject to pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test.
