High School Program
For nearly a year Springer engaged in a study to determine whether opening a high school would serve the needs of the community. As part of that study Springer announced that we would enroll 9th grade students for the 2023-24 school year. The decision was made to move forward with a full high school program in the fall of 2023. To support this growth Springer seeks educators interested in being founding teachers in a groundbreaking program in our city. Building on a strong foundation of the needs of students with dyslexia, ADHD and challenges of executive functioning Springer seeks talented educators who are passionate, focused and driven. Position Summary
Springer seeks High School Teachers with expertise in a variety of content areas. Teachers will be ultimately responsible for leading the academic and personal growth of Springer students. Teachers are responsible for planning, executing, and differentiating instruction on a daily basis. Teachers may teach multiple content areas. Class sizes are expected to be 14 students or less.

Required Qualifications
- A meaningful understanding of the strengths and needs of students diagnosed with learning disabilities.
- Experience designing instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students and families.
- Content area knowledge, experience designing lessons utilizing technology and strong classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist or HS teaching license.
- Experience leading instruction in one or a variety of subject areas.
- The passion to create a positive school culture.
