More information is available on our website at www.safeandsober.org .Position Description : The Program Director is primarily responsible for ensuring program excellence and fulfillment of the strategic plan as it relates to the programmatic goals of the organization. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and / or Executive Committee.General Responsibilities : Program Development / Participant Recruitment and Retention : Design and supervise the annual production of content for the SNS Program, including video content, curriculum, printed materials, School Clubs, PSA contests, and other programmatic elements.Collaborate with fellow directors in the supervision of staff-assigned tasks associated with the responsibilities of the Program Director.Develop, execute, evaluate, and report participant recruitment strategies, updating them to ensure appropriate engagement and registration.Maintain consistent and professional communication with all registered school and participant contacts throughout the school year.Promote SNS Program and School Club participation by building and maintaining relationships with participants, including school-based contacts and non-school-based leaders.Track all program statistics including registration numbers, retention rates, completion rates, and pledge rates.Research, plan, and execute evaluation strategies to ensure programs are making a difference for youth and parents statewide.Use evaluation results to shape future programmatic goals.Assist the Public Relations Director by generating evaluation statistics for grant applications and program promotion.Travel as needed statewide to attend conferences, prevention-related events, visit schools, and conduct focus groups.Video and Other Program Content : Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality educational video and written content for youth and parents.Research and develop best practices for presenting prevention education effectively.Collaborate with staff on video production processes, managing an average of 10 projects a year.Participate in video concept brainstorming sessions for Safe and Sober videos.Ensure video production practices and end-products are consistent across the brand.Conduct focus groups as needed.Coordinate production of classroom curriculum and related materials that align with state and national standards.Advise the team on relevant ways to connect with youth.Collaborate with graphic artists in the design and production of printed materials.Serve as the primary contact for video production vendors and partners.Develop written copy for video production and assist on location as necessary.Manage major digital media partnerships with external agencies.Program-related Grants - Fiscal and Administrative Management : Ensure grant goals and reporting deadlines are met for all active grants.Prepare annual grant applications, quarterly reports, vouchers, and reimbursements associated with our MoDOT Highway Safety and Traffic Division grant.Financial Performance and Viability : In collaboration with all Director-level employees, develop and maintain resources to ensure the financial health of the organization.Research, apply for, track, and report on grants from local, state, or national levels.Fulfill all grant-related responsibilities and manage applications, awards, and reporting deadlines.Experience Level : Director, Mid to Senior Level#J-18808-Ljbffr
