What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Louie Member (Part-Time) position at Springfield Cardinals?
Summary of Responsibilities:
Team Louie Members are responsible for fulfilling sponsorship promotions during home games, assisting with theme night entertainment, hosting pre-game activities around the ballpark, and running fan entertainment activities throughout the season. In addition to in-game responsibilities, this position will support a variety of departments within the organization at events as needed and represent the organization at events throughout the community.

Essential Functions of the Job:
- Encourage fan participation in activities and promotions throughout the park
- Interact with fans prior to the game and between innings
- Assist with providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for the fans
- Make community appearances throughout the calendar year
Education and Experience Required:
- Marketing & promotions experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk comfortably for long periods of time
Education and Experience Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in marketing & promotions
- Excellent verbal communication skills
