We serve approximately 8,000 students in 15 modern school buildings. We continue to invest in new technology and the tools necessary to be successful in the 21st century.

As a contracted employee, this position is assigned to work 183 days per year with a possibility of 20 extended days (salary increase), and 7.25 hours per day.
Starting salary is in accordance with the negotiated agreement, increases with experience and education. In addition, Springfield is also able to offer a $10,000 retention compensation to all School Psychologist.
In the 2024-25 school year Springfield was able to offer a $1,600.00 longevity bonus to all employees in addition to an annual attendance bonus of potentially $1,100.00.
