- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, applying conflict management techniques as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate measures.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Skills
