Responsibilities
- Speak to customers on the phone and quote RFQ's using computer software.
- Make outbound calls and send emails.
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Microsoft Office
- Good computer skills
