Office Custodial must maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment within the office.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: Start time 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00
This position keeps working areas in the office area in a clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Main Responsibilities may include:
- Sweeping, mopping and detail work of all areas,
- Cleaning debris out of entry areas
- Ensure proper disposal and adherence to waste management guidelines
- Handle spills
- Clean all breakroom areas
- Clean all restroom areas
- Manage and organize all cleaning supplies, air fresheners, etc.
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work the schedule provided.
- Prior sanitation/cleaning experience preferred
- Work in multiple temperature zones (areas within the warehouse as low as -10 degrees)
- Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Attention to detail

- High energy/Great Attitude
A qualified candidate must have the ability to operate light to heavy cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, floor scrubber, floor vacuum and all-purpose cleaning machines. Sanitation personnel must have the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and must have the ability to clean all types of surfaces,
This position requires contact with cleaning chemicals, occasional use of ladders and or material handling equipment. A candidate must be willing to work extended schedules including overtime and weekends.
