Custodian 7AM to 3PM

The Custodian’s provides a clean, safe learning environment for students and staff through regularly assigned duties and maintenance as required. This is a calendar year non-exempt position Responsible and accountable for maintaining the building in a clean and safe condition. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and the team making sure the schools policies and procedures are properly and consistently implemented and maintained. *Some experience in housekeeping preferred *Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment *Some knowledge of procedures to operate heating and air conditioning equipment *Interpersonal and communication skills *Attention to detail *Organizational and self-management skills *Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively *Willingness to work as part of a team *Dependability *Readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals Candidates must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, state and/or federal education and certification requirements, successful completion of criminal background and reference checks, and skills testing if required for the position.

Salary : $15 - $18
