Varsity Softball Assistant Coach

--Develop rigorous practice plans --Develop sport specific drills to enhance skill development --Monitor the academic and behavioral performance of all student-athletes --Attend the pre and post-season PVIAC coaches meetings --Attend all SICS coaches meetings and team events as scheduled --Adhere to SICS Athletic Uniform Policy including collecting all uniforms at the conclusion of the season --Properly supervise the student-athletes during all contact periods. This will include, but not be limited to, bus transportation, practice sessions, games, media and/or school assemblies. --Actively uphold the honor and dignity of the profession by setting an example of high ethical and moral behavior --Actively work to prevent the use of drugs, alcohol, and/or tobacco for all student-athletes --Adhere to all rules and regulations outlined by the school, the PVIAC and/or the MIAA --Submit all paperwork, including but not limited to, practice attendance, game summaries, incident reports, etc. on the next school day following the contest. Submit all roster information as requested by the Athletic Director --Submit a timely summary of each game or contest for publication in the media, morning announcements
