Job Summary: As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalized interactions with SLC ® customers on our retail floor, delivering excellent service, and assisting with store inventory and merchandising of products. In our unique retail environment, you'll be challenged to make decisions that don't always have black and white answers. Prior retail experience is a plus, but we will provide training to bring you up to speed. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a variety of benefits, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow their careers in the retail industry.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with mandatory Saturdays and 2 days off per week
- Average Hours: 40-45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
