At Springfield Memorial Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE to join our team. As an occupational health nurse, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health and well-being of our patients.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN, with a valid IL license at the time of start. They will also have experience administering immunizations and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. You will conduct assessments, administer medications, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Certification Details:
- BLS - Basic Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Additional requirements include:
- Minimum 5x8 days per week, Monday to Friday
- No weekend shifts
- Able to commit to M-F blocked schedule
- Able to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Must have active IL license at time of start
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours
