Job Details
Position/Specialty: Occupational Health RN
Shift: 5x8 Days (0700-1530), 10 Visits/Day
Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year required
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend Requirement: No
On-call Requirement: No
Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs: No
Open to accommodating block schedule: Schedule is M-F blocked
Locals accepted: Yes, no radius
Must have active IL license at time of start: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for cancelled hours
