Position / Specialty : ED RN
Shift : 3x12 Nights (1845-0715)
Avg. Daily Census : 175. 56 bed ED.
Years of experience REQ : Minimum 2 years' experience required
First-timers accepted : Yes.
Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Locals accepted : Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply.
RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days.
Job Requirements

General Emergency Department-Combined Adult / Pedi experience required
Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills / Experience : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG
Required Professional Topics and Skills : Isolation Precautions, Triage
Cerner experience required.

Additional Details
A legible copy of a valid / current US Driver’s license or US ID card
Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Photo must be in color from mid-shoulders up. It must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters. Not needed for any candidate extending from Focus One.
Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
Required if candidate is requesting a Religious Exemption from flu vaccine. Once completed, CL must send to PM for approval.
Required if requesting a Medical Exemption from flu vaccine. Once complete, CL must send to PM for approval.
