Years of experience REQ : Minimum 3 years' experience required. First-timers accepted : No. Weekend REQ : 1 per month. Is on-call REQ? Yes- 1 / week though it's no usually that often anymore Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within skill set-rarely happens Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted : No- must live at least 50 miles from facility to apply. Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply. Required Neurology Case Skills / Experience : Cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Laminectomy / discectomy, Lumbar fusion. Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess.
