Job Details
Position / Specialty : Telemetry RN
Shift : 3x12 Nights (1845-0715), can accommodate 4x12s if candidate prefers.
Average Daily Census : 25.
Years of experience REQ : Minimum 1 year experience required.
First-timers accepted : Yes.
Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend (Fri / Sat for night shift, Sat / Sun for day shift.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float to like units (MS / Cardiac). Not IMC / ICU.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule request with manager.
Locals accepted : Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license in hand to apply.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience required.

Required Work Setting Experience : MS / Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry.
Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills / Experience : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.
Required Cardiovascular Case Skills / Experience : Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre / Post Cardiac Cath, TR Band.
Required Endocrine / Metabolic Case Skills / Experience : IV insulin protocols.
Required IV therapy / Phlebotomy Skills / Experience : Blood Product Administration, Central line care / management, Peripheral Line Care / Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
