First-timers accepted : Yes. Special Requirements : Inpatient / Acute care experience required. Required Dosing Skills / Experience : Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring. Pyxis experience required. Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience required. Open to 1-2yr exp with strong critical care / ED experience. Inpatient / Acute care experience required. Pyxis experience. Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist. Schedule Information Shift : D / E / N - 5x8. The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300. Weekend REQ : Will work 8 weekends per contract. Open to accommodating block schedule?
