Certification Details ARRT BLS IL state license Job Details Position / Specialty : X-Ray Tech Shift : 5x8 Days Fri, Sat, Sun (0700-1930) Years of experience REQ : Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted : Yes. Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager. Locals accepted : Yes- no radius. Pending License accepted : No- need active license to apply. RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours : Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. Job Requirements Certs REQ : ARRT, BLS, and IL state license required. Required Work Setting Experience : Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room. Required Abdomen / GI X-Ray Skills / Experience : Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright. Required Chest and Thorax X-Ray Skills / Experience : Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck). Required Equipment Experience : O-ARM. Schedule Information Shift : 5x8 Days Fri, Sat, Sun (0700-1930) Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed. Unit Specific Information Required Mobile / Surgical X-Ray Skills / Experience : C-Arm Procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable Chest. Additional Details A legible copy of a valid / current US Driver’s license or US ID card is required. Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
