Job Details

  • Position / Specialty : X-Ray Tech
  • Shift : Will work 2x8s and 2x12s per week to total 40hr. 1st / 2nd shift – 2 8s (730-1600) & 2 12s (730-2000)
  • Years of experience REQ : Minimum 1 year experience required.
  • First-timers accepted : Yes.
  • Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
  • Locals accepted : Yes- no radius.
  • Pending License accepted : No- need active license to apply.
  • RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days.
  • Guaranteed Hours : Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

    • Job Requirements

  • Certs REQ : ARRT, BLS, and IL state license required.
  • Required Work Setting Experience : Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room.
  • Required Abdomen / GI X-Ray Skills / Experience : Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright.
  • Required Chest and Thorax X-Ray Skills / Experience : Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck).
  • Required Equipment Experience : O-ARM.
  • Required Head X-Ray Skills / Experience : Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Skull, Temporomandibular joints.
  • Required Lower Extremity X-Ray Skills / Experience : Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-Fibula.
  • Required Mobile / Surgical X-Ray Skills / Experience : C-Arm Procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable Chest.
  • Required Spine and Pelvis X-Ray Skills / Experience : Cervical Spine, Hip, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Sacrum and / or Coccyx, Thoracic Spine.
  • Required Upper Extremity X-Ray Skills / Experience : Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Trauma shoulder or Humerus (Scapular Y, Transthoracic Axial), Wrist.

    • Schedule Information

  • A legible copy of a valid / current US Driver’s license or US ID card is required.
  • Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start.
  • Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
