Job Details
Position / Specialty : Vascular Tech
Shift : We could do either 4 ten hour shifts 0700-1730 or 5 either hour shifts 0730-1600
Average Daily Census : 20-35 procedures per day
Years of experience REQ : First-timers accepted : Yes
Weekend REQ : 2-3 weekends per 13 weeks
Is on-call REQ? Yes- ~1 night of call per week on the average
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? We can try to do block scheduling, but don’t guarantee it for every week depending on staffing
Locals accepted : Yes- no radius
Pending License accepted : (Y / N)
RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days
Guaranteed Hours : Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
Job Requirements
Experience working with adult population required
Dialysis graft study experience preferred
Cerner experience required
Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements

Additional Details
A legible copy of a valid / current US Driver’s license or US ID card
Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Photo must be in color from mid-shoulders up. It must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters.
