As a key member of our Sales & Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts while ensuring they receive top-tier service. Your role will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue
- Working closely with internal teams to quote new projects, process orders, and manage timelines
- Solving issues quickly and ensuring smooth transactions
- Collaborating with Production & Engineering to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
