We're seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Springfield Spring & Stamping. As a key member of our Sales & Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts while ensuring they receive top-tier service.
Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, working closely with internal teams to quote new projects, process orders, and manage timelines, solving issues quickly, and ensuring smooth transactions.
