Springfield Suites (A Rehab & Nursing Center) is looking for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN to fill a part-tim e, weekend position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
Responsibilities include working as a floor nurse, as well as overseeing the weekend clinical staff in the building (LPN's, RN's and CNA's). The Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of residents and staff. To ensure resident care is administered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, the Weekend Nurse Supervisor will utilize nursing practice and management skills and serves as a professional role model to staff. The Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN directs the formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of residents.
